Refund policy
As coffee beans are considered a food product, we do not accept returns on coffee sales. We ask that you open and inspect your package as soon as you receive it. If there is an issue with your product, you have 15 calendar days to notify us via email at info@greencoffeeco.com with photos of the issue. This way we can work quickly to resolve your concerns.
We will gladly correct the issue after an evaluation has been conducted with one of our team members and we will contact you prior to a final decision being made. You will receive the credit or exchanged product within 14 days, depending on standard courier shipping times.
For non consumable products, if you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
