Green Coffee Co's Shipping Policy
At this time, we only ship to Canadian addresses.
All orders are normally processed within three business days.
Shipment delivery on weekends or holidays is determined by the carrier. External circumstances outside of our control may cause longer than usual processing and delivery times.
Any delays and/or service interruptions notification attempts will be made via email to email address submitted with order.
Shipping rates and delivery options
Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is available via Canada Post under their terms and conditions.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Our system will provide you a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Damages
Green Coffee Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team directly to file a claim. Please save and photograph all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
